Become A Friend

We host 2 work parties at the Tilly Jane Cabins each year.

When you volunteer, you become a friend. And, friends earn one free weekend stay with one guest at the Tilly Jane A-Frame between January and April for the year they volunteer. The dates of the monthly maintenance weekends are provided to volunteers by invitation only after the Wood Haul each year. 

Summer

Our annual summer work party is in mid July when the Cloud Cap road is open by the Forest Service. We have a variety of summer projects from cabin restoration to trail tending. These change each year, to learn more about the upcoming projects, join our mailing list.

Fall

Our annual Wood Haul is the first Saturday of October 9 am - 4 pm at the Tilly Jane cabins. Join us, no RSVP required, and help us stock the cabins with 10 cords of firewood to last the entire year. If you join our email list, we'll send you information ahead of time.
